Please read the following terms that govern the usage and product purchase from Faux-sg.com.  Kindly note that by shopping or using a feature in this online boutique, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Do make an enquiry with the Faux Crew at sales@faux-sg.com to clear any doubt before making a purchase.
2. All displayed prices in this store are Nett and quoted in Singapore Dollars.  Faux-sg.com retains the rights to make price alterations from time to time according to market conditions. 
3. Once order is confirmed, it is neither refundable nor exchangeable. 
4. Customers are required to make full payment within 3 days if bank transfer is chosen as the mode of payment.  Failing which, the particular order will be cancelled automatically and the item(s) will be released for sale. 
5. Faux-sg.com reserves the right to void an order if the customer's payment for previous order is still outstanding. 
6. Due to different monitor cathode's display, the product colour displayed on your monitor may differ slightly from actual product.
7. This website contains copyright content, which includes brand name, logo and photos of products etc.  Usage or duplication of any content in this website without prior consent from the Faux Crew, constitutes a breach, and may result in legal action taken against the user(s).  
8. Faux-sg.com has a comprehensive stock maintenance system.  However, customer must accept full refund via bank transfer, in the unlikely event where the system fail to detect zero stock count.
