Shipping & Returns

Delivery

• Faux Crew will arrange item delivery with the customer through email after receipt of full payment, stipulated in Invoice.
• Faux-sg.com offers Free Delivery within Singapore, every Saturday by 8pm (Singapore time) for all fully paid orders.  Orders received and fully paid for on Fridays before 11.59pm, will qualify for delivery the next day on Saturday.  For orders received after 11.59pm on Fridays, delivery will be carried forward to the following Saturday.  
• Customers are also offered the option of Same Day Delivery at a nominal charge of S$5.00, if they wish to receive their ordered items on the same day of order.  For this option, kindly note that orders and their full payment will have to be received and acknowledged by the Faux Crew before 4pm daily.  Orders will be delivered by 9pm. 
• For International customers, do enquire with the Faux Crew at sales@faux-sg.com for shipping charges, prior to ordering and check out. 

Returns

• Customers are required to check their items on the spot upon delivery.  Returns are allowed only for damaged or defective goods.
• Exception is allowed for gift recipient(s) to arrange for return of their gift(s) by the gift sender within 3 days of delivery, in the rare occasion that the item(s) is found to be damaged or defective.  The gift sender will have to produce a copy of the printed Invoice for verification.  All returns charges will be borne by the customer, and can be directed to Blk 557, Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, #10-1872, Singapore 560557.
